MAIN FUNCTIONS
- To provide the Library Book Lending Service
in gregarious scale to all public libraries, mobile and countryside
of local authorities under KASKA.
- To provide a mobile service library in associates
with Local Authorities around rural areas and outskirts which do not
have any library service and can be contacted through land road.
- To provide a Countryside Library Service together
with the cooperation of the Local Authorities around rural and outskirt
areas
- To provide Reference and Reading Library Material
to all groups of community throughout Kuching City.
- To monitor and to give advice to the public
libraries and countryside of Local Authorities which is under KASKA
in the aspects of planning and the development of the library when necessary.
