  1. Objective of the Human Resource Section

    1.1. Effective management of the human resource of the Local Authorities in Sarawak.
    1.2. Satisfy the training needs and requirement of the LA staffs through a cost effective integrated training delivery system.
    1.3. Tom have motivated and high caliber LA staffs.
    1.4. Development of competent resources person from LA.
    1.5 . Production of training materials for in-house training for LA staffs.
    1.6. Formulate and implement systematic training programs.
    1.7. Development of competent staffs in LA.
    1.8. Transform the LA into one which is dynamic, vibrant, ethical and responsive to the community's needs.
