3.1.3 Disposal
3.1.4 Price statement /  Solid waste services tender

3.2 BUILDING CONTROL
3.2.1 Acceptance of Building Plans and approval of Building Plans
3.2.2 Temporary work permit approval process / Early Starting
3.2.3 Producing of stay permit certificate process

3.3 BORROWING OF BOOKS SERVICE
Types of services:
3.3.1 Normal borrowing of books
3.3.2 Returning of books
3.3.3 Borrowing of books in groups

3.4 EVALUATION AND RATING
3.4.1 Checking the holding rate
3.4.2 Amendment of list of values notice
3.4.3 Printing of assessment tax bill

3.5 LICENSING
3.5.1 Acceptance of license application
3.5.2 Checking of premise
3.5.3 Issuing license certificate
3.5.4 Renewing of license

To ensure that the quality policies above are achieved, these objectives are determined:

• Application of business licenses will be processed in two (2) weeks after the approval of the related authorities.
• Reducing the rate of lateness in returning books to 10 percent from the total amount of borrowing in a month.
• Approval letters for building plans are produced in fourteen (14) working days as soon as it has been approved by related authorities.
• All holdings that have been measured will be put forward to the Rating And Valuation Section, Ministry of Environment and Public Health in one (1) month from the date of measurement.
• Process the new application of the collection of solid wastes in one (1) week for existing areas of service.
• Taking action in three (3) days if there is a realistic report or complaint.
