RASIONAL LOGO
- The celebration logo contains a globe that represents
the world where all countries exist in.
- This globe is wrapped in the Malaysian flag as well
as the Sarawak flag which represents faithfulness, strength
and unity that is lasting and close among all Sarawakians
and Malaysians.
- The globe and the flags of Malaysia and Sarawak also
shows the successes achieved and hope for the status of
Sarawak to become one of the best in the world.
- The number 45 represents the age of Sarawak in Malaysia
as well as the period of time Sarawak is successful in
Malaysia from the year 1963 till 2008.
- The number 4 which is connected to the number 5 with
a ladder represents the continuous efforts to improve
on our successes to a higher level towards the global
standard. The number 4 also means the four main bases
of the development of Sarawak that have been carried out
since the year 1963 which are (a) independence (b) Politic
Development Policy (c) New Reality-COME (Change, Opportunity,
Mobility, Equality) (d) Second Development Wave-SCORE
- All these four bases represent the determination of
the State Government to make Sarawak a developed and successful
state.
